The customer may designate an additional driver with prior consent from Pass Rent a Car. The additional driver must be over 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license issued by the relevant authority.
The additional driver will be subject to the same responsibilities as the customer, including liability for third-party damages and any damage to the vehicle owned by Pass Rent a Car, sharing full responsibility with the primary renter.
The return date for the vehicle will be agreed upon in the rental contract, and the designated return location will be at our Pass Rent-A-Car facilities.
